Important Beneficary Forms for SBC Retirees - keep them current

Out of Area Concession Service Bulletin - (6/16/05 from Kristie Darling, CWA Representative)

Retirees have recently been sent a letter telling them if they live outside the SBC serving area, they HAVE TO CALL 1-800-705-4444 (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Central) before June 30, 2005 to maintain their concession service. (They should have a bill in front them when they call)

They need to register for a new plan that give them 600 direct dialed minutes of domestic long distance calls/month at no cost. There will no longer be any concession reimbursement by Accordia. SBC says the value of this plan is the same.

The plan does NOT include roll-over minutes and any overages will be charged at 8 cents per minute.

IF THEY DO NOT CALL BEFORE JUNE 30 - TELEPHONE CONCESSION SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED.

This includes pre and post divestiture retirees if they are outside the Concession Area.
