Despite the City of Cleveland implementing layoffs,mandatory furloughs and wage freezes for other bargaining groups, we achieved a phenomenal bargaining accomplishment by getting the EMS Supervisors a 2% raise starting October 2011 and a 3% raise starting in April 2012.
