Although open enrollment is closed, everyone should check to see if they are required to verify any of their dependents. 

Access HROnestop to get to the Benefits Center tab. In there you will find a red circle on the top right corner with a number. Click on that to get to the Message Center. Check to see if there is a message stating “Documentation Required to Verify Dependent Eligibility”. You will find information about the documents required, and instructions on how to submit them. 

THIS IS REQUIRED BY 12/29/2021 OR THEY WILL LOSE COVERAGE.

Beirne Foundation Scholarship Application for 2022-2023 Now Available

The CWA Joe Beirne Foundation will award 16 partial college scholarships of $4,000 each for two years for the 2022-2023 academic year. CWA members, their spouses, children, and grandchildren are eligible for the scholarships, including the dependents of retired, laid-off, or deceased members.

Applications are available only online at the Foundation's website. The final deadline for the 2022-2023 school year is 11:59 p.m., EDT, April 30, 2022.

Purpose: To provide scholarship support for members, or their children, of Communications Workers of America (CWA) – District 4 with a minimum of 18 months tenure, having a minimum 2.0 GPA, and the potential to succeed in college based on completed application.
